its called a header. Okay so click your Administration Panel. And then click display. Then click Pics Management. Then click simple or advanced mode. Then click on the header and put your picture link! Very Happy

Putting the portal: You have to add topics to one of the forum. Like the very first topic. Then click add topic and viola!

Ohh! you make it on Paint. Like you take a picture in babv and then you paste it on Paint. and then add words! or, you can get your picture and go to: picnik.com and add words there...
